We offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy for all physical test preparation books purchased through our store.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for any reason. This policy extends the 14-day cooling-off period required under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to ensure our US and UK customers have ample time to evaluate their purchase.
1.2. Return Costs – Free of Charge
All eligible returns are completely free of charge. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic and international orders, and no restocking fees or hidden charges apply.
1.3. Conditions for a Full Refund
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all supplementary materials.
- The return request is initiated within the 30-day return period.

- Package the Item: Securely pack the product and attach the provided return label.

1.5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our UK warehouse, we will notify you by email.
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days after receipt.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer active, please contact us to arrange a secure alternative.
2. Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, the following conditions apply:
2.1. Digital Access & Cancellations
In accordance with consumer protection laws, by downloading or accessing your digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. Digital product sales are final once content has been accessed, except in cases of verified technical failure.
2.2. Exception – Verified Technical Issues
A full refund may be granted if a verified technical issue originates from our platform. Contact contact@coursenik.com with your order number and issue description.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@coursenik.com. We will arrange an immediate free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
