This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Coursenik, a brand operated by GOLDEN HARE LTD. We are committed to transparency in our delivery process, ensuring our customers in the United Kingdom and the United States receive their test preparation materials efficiently.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders for physical products are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Business Days: Our fulfillment center operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all physical orders. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise shipping costs at checkout.

3. Fulfillment & Dispatch Location

To provide the highest level of service, all physical orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center located at:

For our United States customers, please note that your order is shipped internationally from our UK facility via express air couriers to ensure the 3-5 day delivery window is met.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (eBooks and downloadable materials) require no physical shipping.

  • Instant Access: Your digital content is available immediately via your account dashboard or the secure link sent to your email after payment.
  • No Fees: Digital products are exempt from all shipping and handling charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, or DHL), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Important Shipping Notes

  • Address Accuracy: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
  • Customs & Duties (US Orders): While most test preparation materials fall under de minimis thresholds, any import duties or local taxes imposed by US Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Damaged Goods: If your book arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for an immediate free replacement.
